This policy describes how Solo Endodontics collects and uses information when you call our office and interact with our AI phone receptionist.
When you call to book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, we collect the name, phone number, and reason for visit you provide. We do not collect this information through any other channel, and we do not require you to create an account.
We use your information solely to schedule your appointment, contact you about it, and maintain our patient and appointment records. We send SMS text messages to confirm bookings and to notify you if an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from Solo Endodontics at that number. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our scheduling and telephony platforms) solely to operate the appointment booking system described above.
